1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 333Taya platform — including the website at 333taya.net, any related mobile web application, or any services offered through these channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all 333Taya members, visitors, and users without exception. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 333Taya platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 333Taya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming law. 333Taya will verify your age before processing any withdrawal above the verification threshold, and accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: 333Taya services are intended for players physically located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or maintain an account.
• Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration. Any deliberate misrepresentation of identity details — including name, date of birth, mobile number, or address — is grounds for immediate account termination.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one 333Taya account. Multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or who are under court-ordered self-exclusion from gaming are not eligible to hold a 333Taya account.

333Taya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's licence, or PhilSys ID. Players who fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have their account suspended until verification is completed.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 333Taya account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs on your 333Taya account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. We will suspend the account pending investigation, but we are not liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

• Do not allow other persons to access or use your 333Taya account on your behalf.

• Ensure your registered contact details — particularly your mobile number and email — are kept up to date at all times.
• You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to your winnings under Philippine law. 333Taya does not withhold or remit individual income taxes on winnings.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 333Taya are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no 333Taya processing fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, fees charged by your payment provider (such as GCash or your bank) are your responsibility.

Accepted payment methods on 333Taya include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited to your e-wallet within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. 333Taya processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all Philippine public holidays.

• Deposits made via bonus are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 333Taya reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms is suspected.
• Players may not deposit funds solely for the purpose of transferring or withdrawing without meaningful gaming activity — this may be treated as structuring and investigated accordingly.

5Bonuses and Promotions

333Taya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page on the 333Taya platform.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 333Taya promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly — do not assume a blanket figure applies to all offers.

6Gaming Rules

All casino games available on 333Taya — including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and table games — are operated according to the rules published by the respective game providers. 333Taya does not modify game rules. Each game's individual rules are accessible within the game interface itself.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection from a live dealer stream, a game crash, or a server error — 333Taya will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the point of the malfunction. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the round in question may be voided and your stake returned.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and may vary between standard and VIP tables.
• 333Taya reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a system glitch, incorrect odds publication, or data feed failure.
• Players who exploit known software bugs or errors in their favour will have affected winnings voided and may face account suspension.

7Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 333Taya covers a range of markets including but not limited to volleyball (PVL, UAAP, VNL), boxing, sabong, and other sports and events published on the platform. Specific betting rules for each sport are available within the relevant betting section.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once a bet slip confirmation is displayed on your screen and the stake has been deducted from your 333Taya wallet. Verbal confirmation via support chat does not constitute a valid bet.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you click to place your bet may differ from the final confirmed odds if there is latency between selection and confirmation — this is particularly relevant during live in-play betting.
• Void bets: A bet will be voided and the stake returned if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, or if an error in the published odds is identified before settlement.
• Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. 333Taya will not honour bets settled based on unofficial or unverified sources.
• Live betting: Bets placed on in-play markets are final once confirmed. The live score display on 333Taya is for informational purposes and may be subject to a delay — always verify the current game state through an official broadcast before placing in-play bets.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 333Taya. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 333Taya under any identity — real or fabricated.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or interact with the 333Taya platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes in your favour and failing to report them to 333Taya support.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or betting market — including coordinating bets to guarantee a profit across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the 333Taya platform as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 333Taya.
• Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access or use your 333Taya account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 333Taya platform.

9Account Suspension and Closure

333Taya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for any reason — including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, PAGCOR compliance requirements, or failure to complete identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, any balance remaining in the account (including pending winnings) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed by 333Taya for internal operational reasons unrelated to player breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 333Taya account may do so at any time by contacting our support team at support@333taya.net. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after completing any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 333Taya platform — including but not limited to the 333Taya brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and underlying software code — is the exclusive property of 333Taya or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 333Taya platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any 333Taya content without prior written authorisation from 333Taya management.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 333Taya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service outages.

Where 333Taya is found liable for a proven failure in service — such as a confirmed technical error that resulted in an incorrect game outcome — liability is limited to the value of the stake affected by the error. 333Taya will not be liable for consequential losses beyond the direct value of the affected transaction.

12Responsible Gaming

333Taya is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic. Our responsible gaming programme provides practical tools to help members manage their activity, as well as clear pathways to seek support when needed.

All 333Taya members have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, a limit increase request requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

14Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the 333Taya platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms — including the date they were last updated — is always accessible on this page.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 333Taya platform — including disputes about individual bets, account balances, bonus awards, or any other matter — will first be submitted to 333Taya's internal dispute resolution process.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of a formal written complaint, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism. 333Taya is bound by PAGCOR's regulatory oversight as a licensed operator. If escalation beyond PAGCOR's process is required, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
